Angelita Estrada, FNP-C
I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a deep passion for nursing and patient well-being. I strongly believe in patient-centered care and actively involving patients in their healthcare decisions.
I was born, raised, and educated in South Texas. In 2020, my family and I moved to Arizona to be closer to loved ones—because family is everything.
I began my nursing career after graduating as a Registered Nurse in 2004. Over the years, I have worked in hospitals as a cardiac nurse, emergency room nurse, and flight nurse. In 2017, I returned to school to pursue my Family Nurse Practitioner degree and graduated in 2019 from the University of Texas at Arlington.
I am grateful for the opportunity to help others improve their lives through patient education and personalized healthcare options.

Carlos I. Estrada, RN, BSN.
I am a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience providing care in critical care settings, including the ICU, cardiac care, and the emergency room. I am dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and supporting individuals in achieving optimal health and well-being.
I began my healthcare career in 1995 as a Combat Medic in the U.S. Army, where I also served as a Preventive Medicine Specialist (91S). In 2002, I transitioned to the Air Force Reserves as a Flight Medic while continuing my work as a Registered Nurse. As a proud U.S. veteran, I am honored to have served my country.
I earned my Associate Degree in Nursing while working in preventive medicine and caring for patients during deployments. I later returned to school and completed my Bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas at Arlington in 2018.
Throughout my career, I have been passionate about caring for patients and providing education to promote long-term health. I believe preventive medicine plays a vital role in overall wellness, and I strive to empower patients through education and personalized care.
My goal is to help patients improve their quality of life through preventive care, IV therapy, nutrition, exercise, and sustainable healthy lifestyle choices.
